Shifting, loading <(>&<)> unloading of material will be in vendor scope as per AMNS guidelines. 2. Fabrication <(>&<)> erection of Fire and Drinking water pipeline as per site requirement along with it’s supports comprising anchor / Hilti bolt fixing. Supply of Anchor / HILTI bolts will be in vendor scope. Approx. 150m pipeline to be routed though underground. 3. As per site requirement, vendor shall fabricate bends <(>&<)> reducer. 4. Isolation of Fire water <(>&<)> Drinking water for job execution. 5. Hydrotest of Fire water pipeline to be done by the vendor. 6. Dismantling of existing Fire and Drinking water pipeline and dispose the same in desired sizes by Gas cutting as per AMNSI guidelines. 7. All equipment such as Farana, Trailor and tools <(>&<)> tackles required for job execution will be in vendor scope. Farana and Trailor shall be TPI certified as per AMNS policy. 8. All tools <(>&<)> tackles such as slings, D-Shackles, must be tested and valid TPI certificates to be submitted prior job execution. 9. Vendor will be providing all tools and tackles as like Spanners, Hammers, Gas Cutting Set with Flash Back Arrester Make-Messer/ESAB, Welding Machines with Power Cables, Welding Cables with Welding Holder, Earthing Cables, Grinding Machines etc as per job requirement. 10. Vendor will be provided consumables as like Oxygen <(>&<)> DA Cylinders, Welding Electrodes, Grinding <(>&<)> Cutting wheel, etc. as per job requirement. 11. Vendor has to follow all the AMNSIL all safety standards such as like PTW, LOTO, L<(>&<)>H, Cranes <(>&<)> Rigging, etc. 12. Vendor will be provided all required PPE’s to the crew as like FRP Safety Helmet, Safety Goggles, Dust Mask, Safety Jacket/Boiler Suit, Safety Shoes, Welding Screen, Face shields, Leg Guard, Arm Guard, Full Body Safety Harness, etc. as per job requirement. 13. Electrical Junction Box with power cables will be in vendor scope. AMNSI Scope of Work: 1. Materials as like Pipes and Structural Items (Plates, Channels, I-Beams, Angles) 2. For underground pipeline- excavation, concrete floor breaking and backfilling with concrete will be in AMNS scope. 3. Equipment Electrical and Mechanical isolation 4. Permit to Work 5. Electrical Power Supply from AMNSI panel
