    Biennial Rate Contract for Outsourcing of Lifting and Shifting of Equipment for workshops of East Yard, SB Stores and any other Work place/Work shop of MDL for Project-75 and MRLC.Formula to Note:Total Amount will be evaluated as follows: Total Amount (incl. of GST) = [(Minimum Wages + Compliances to Statutory Obligations) per man day*1.18 + {(Minimum Wages+ Compliances to Statutory Obligations) per man day *Service Charge}/100] * Total No. of Mandays*GST considered in above formula as 18%.*3.85% Service Charges is inclusive of 18% GST.a) For the purpose of Ranking, the Total Amount and Unit Basic Rate of all line items shall be rounded off to two decimal places.b) If the third decimal digit is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4, the value shall remain unchanged.c) If the third decimal digit is 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9, the value shall be rounded up to the next higher number in the second decimal place.d) The rounding off shall be applied on both unit basic rate and total amount. No exceptions will be allowed.Illustration for Clarity:• If the value is Rs. 123.454, it will be rounded off to Rs. 123.45/-• If the value is Rs. 123.456, it will be rounded off to Rs. 123.46/-
