Tender For Construction Of Samda Rajediha Road To Parsamafi Remaining Portion - Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil ( loam clay or sand) of apporach road mechnically compacted to 97% standared proctor density at omc including breaking of clods pulverising dressing the earth to required level and slopes and in layer not more than 20cm and compacted with power road roller in each layers.Earth shall be excavated from out side of apporoch slopes and pit not exceeding 50cm in depth including all leads and lifts of earth and charges of watering and hire and fule charges of road roller, all labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work and also including onelift Carted upto 2km distance. 2 Providing & laying of Granular Sub-Base by providing welll graded material, from approved quarry spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepaired surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired complete as per T.S. specification clasuse 401 for grading1 material.(in widening portion) 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate from approved quarry to Wet Mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-basae/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MORTH specification 406. 4 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approved grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing 5 Providing and Laying Interlocking cement concrete block pavment having thickness 80mm as per Drawing and technical specifications clause 1504(laid over previouslyprepared sub base using 200mm thick GSB excluding GSB) 6 Bridge Portion Earth work in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam, clay, and sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30.00m and inclding filling , watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space bebeen the foundation, trench or into the plinth and removal of surplus earth as directed by engineer incharge within a distance of 30 m including all T&P, Baskets, Fowrah etc. complete. 7 Cement concrete with 40 mm gauge stone ballast, Coarse sandCement in the proportion of 6:3:1 (M-10) including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. complete as per required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 280. 8 R.C.C.Work withCement, approved Coarse sand & 20 mmgrit from approved quarry in the proportion 1: 1.5 : 3 including necessary centring and shuttering. all materials labour T&P etc complete as required for proper completion of the work but excluding the cost of reinforcement and its fixing and binding with binding wire. No. 284A 9 Mild steel or iron work in plane wrk such as in reinforced concreteor riinforced brick work including cutting , bending, binding, and fixing in proper shape and size as required for proper completion of the work as per SOR item No. 504 10 Cement concrete with 20 mm gauge approved stone grit, Coarse sandandCement in the proportion of 4:2:1including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. complete as per required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 305. 20 Struck pointing with 1:2 cement & F/sand mortar on bricks work I/C raking the joints washing & cleaning and supply of all material labour T&P etc. complete as per required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 574.
