(Cartage Earth) 2 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63 to 45 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per MORD Specification Clause 405. 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 to 22.4 mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per MORD Specification Clause 405. 5 Brick edging on both sides of the road of first brick class M--150 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid withmud mortar including labour & supply of brick finished to required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge of the work Including material, labour and T&P etc proper completion of the work 6 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using manual means. Clause 502 7 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 8 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using bitumenVG10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.including hire & POL of road roller etc. complete as per directed by E/I 9 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 10 Construction ofearthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 Technical Specification Clause 303.1. in Patri for earth work to painting portion(Cartage Earth) 11 Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.as per MORT&H specificationclause-(12.1) , 1200 and as per direction of E/I.[For Drain work]. 12 Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.As per SI. No 280. 13 C/R stone masonary in 1:3 one cement and Three corse sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour & tool & plants etc. required for proper completion of work. 14 Supplyof 350mm dia NP3 hume pipe. 15 Laying of 350mm dia NP3 hume pipe. 16 Struck cement pointing in 1:2 cement & fine sand motar including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work.
