(All Material will be Provided by contrcator excluding 33 KV cable) 13 Laying of 3x300 Sq. mm XLPE Cable in trench size 1.5x1.5x60 M3 14 Laying of 3x300 Sq.mm XLPE Cable in to HDPE Pipe. (in the under ground Highway Crossing) 15 Supply of HDPE Pipe 160 mm dia. 16 Fabrication & erection of 33 KV Exposure type double polewith the provision of bus bar on 11 mtr. long ST-Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accesories like 02 No. Channel 100x50mm(1600mmeach),02No.Bracingangle65x65x6mm(2800mmeach)for supportingthehoistingofcableonpole,09No.Pininsulatorwithpin,Dangerboard, number platesand Barbed wire etc. Its jumpering by single core PVC Al. Cable with proper size of lug (All required materials will be provided by contractor except ST- pole, steel parts, Pin insulator with pin and PVC Al. cable) 17 Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 Sqmm XLPE cable on D/P through GI- pipe of size 6 dia 3 mtr long including its jumpering completewith holding clamps, PG clamps, Nut & bolts (All material will be provided by contractor) 18 Construction of Cable trench of size 1.5x1.5x60 M3as per RESPO norms with Iron angle and bracket for separation of cables and to cover trench by fixing 1.5x1.5x0.230 M3trench cover. 19 Earthing of poles with MS- Earthing rod 20x2500 mm, earth wire with nut and bolts as pernorms (All material will be provided by contractor except MS-Earthing rods). 20 High Pressure Testing of 33 KV cable. Testing equipment will be arranged by contractor. 21 Miscellaneous Item(Lug & Other Item)
