Actuator internals painting with primer (chlorinated),actuator outside painting with paint (chlorinated), testing, operation andchecking. Tag number of valve using paint.Required tools tackles , scaffolding, Paints / primers (Burger / Asian) and other required consumables / cleaning materials like brushes, cotton waste , emery cloth, kerosene/ diesel etc shall be in the scope of vendor. Actuator diaphragm, Elastomers, Fasteners and damaged components shall be supplied by HWPK free of cost. |
