Tender For Work Of Sf-6 Gas Leakage Attend On 400 Kv & 220 Kv Breakers At 400 Kv Sub-Station Banda. - Attending theSF-6 gasleakage from245 KVCircuitbreaker (CGL make) of 400/220 KV3I5MVAICT-II of R-phase poleWork includes opening of jumpers, connectors & dismentalling of 4inch IPS tube both side of breaker. Then extraction of SF-6 gasfrom R-phase pole inemptySF-6 gas cylinder. Then Safedismantlingof R-phase pole porcelain section, fixed & moving part assembly, of breaker after safely removing of nut bolt and gas kit of circuit breaker. After pulling out of circuit breakerfixed & moving part of breaker assembly then proper cleaningof breaker contacts , all part of chamber, replacement of defective O-ringof different size as per equipment of breaker pole (supplied by contractor in own cost) . Then completeerection of breaker moving & fix part and porcelain assembly of breaker.then creating vacuum in R-phase pole and then after filling of SF-6 gas up to requiredpressure then checking for leakage of gas with help of detector, checking and proper operation of circuit breaker . Then proper erection of both side of clamp & connector with 4 inch IPS pipe tube. all T&P , experiance engineer,labour, hydra should be arrange by contractor it self . 3 Tests for 220 kvCircuit Breakers associated & short out any defect found in wiringand with 315 MVA ICT- II:-1.CRM 2. Open /closing time 3. PD test4. Closing/Tripping coil Resistance5. IR test 4 Attending of SF-6 gas leakage of 400 kv Banda-Rewa road-1st B-phase pole from connecting pipe line from breaker pole-2 pressure indication density meter, pressure gauge for Sf-6 gas alarm and lock out system after opening of connecting copper pipe and replacement of new O-rings ( supply by contactor). And removing all type of SF-6 gas leakage in pipe line. & rifling of SF-6 gas in to the breaker. ( all T&P arrange by contractor itself) 5 Attending of SF-6 gas leakage of 220 kv Banda-Banda 2nd Y,R phase pole from connecting pipe line from breaker pole-2 pressure indication density meter, pressure gauge for Sf-6 gas alarm and lock out system after opening of connecting copper pipe and replacement of new O-rings ( supply by contactor). and removing all type of SF-6 gas leakage in pipe line. & riffling of SF-6 gas in to the breaker. ( all T&P arrange by contractor itself) 6 Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes. Taxes applicable if any to paid extra
