1	Attending urgent complaints of 15 to 437.5 KVA DG setsunder Zone-B at KWC area on call basis immediatelyby OEM ONLY, issues may be due to fault in AMFpanels, ACB of DG panel , auxillary relays fault, DG control software unit fault, overload, batterydischarge, earth fault, neutral fault, radiator issues, DG set fuse unsv or any other fault not mentioned in this item will be attendedby OEM of respective DG sets including replacement of defective &worn out partsby new sparesas directed. Note : -Spares will be measured and paid separately.
2	Maintenance / Servicingto DG sets of 15 to 437.5 KVA by OEM for respective DG sets will be carried out once in a monthincluding replacement of unsv partsby new spares such as filters, gaskets, V belts,Engine oil, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nut bolts and cleaning of alternator with vaccum cleaner and attending faults of AMFpanels etc and greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, checking of batteries, adding distilled water, checking of oil and coolant levelsas directed by engineer-in Charge. ( Note : - 1. Spares required for above maintenance will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. and Servicing to be carried out as per manufacturer instruction )
3	Supply and fix in Repairs newPVC insulated multisranded , copper conductor single core 70 sqmm multistranded of 1.25 mtr long each duly fixed with brass clamps, copper lugs suitable for DG sets installed at different locations from battery to starter as battery leads complete all as specified and directed.
4	Supply only engine oil, multi grade suitable for DG set Make :- Indian oil / Hindustan petroleum / Castrol / BPCL.
5	Supply and filing of coolent.
6	SupplyPetroleum jelly.(1/2 kg plastic sealed container.)
7	Supply and fill in batteries distilled water for topping up
8	M & L for repairing of battery charging alternator engine mounted with replacement of any of the unserviceable part such as rectifier with voltage regulator , diode plate , carbon brushes for the following capacities and as directed:-
