Tender For Various Demolition & Civil Repairing Job & Subsequent Submission Of Report To Phe Dept Of Govt.Of West Bengal As A Part Of Statutory Job Directed As Per Inspection Report From Phe Inspector From Their Last Inspection -1 Demolish of 04 nos Septic tanks,filling the earth after demolishing. Location: Society septic tank, Post office tank 1 & 2 and ETP right side tank. Repairing jobs: Patch up repairing with necessary sand, cement of 11 nos chlorine chambers if required, inspection pits, Bore well room, outlet pipe located near ETP left side septic tank, Officer’s quarter septic tank, back side of Admin office septic tank-1 & 2,power house septic tank, machine shop septic tank. All tanks need fittings of 4” dia PVC vent pipe over the tanks. Making and fittings 4” thick RCC slab to chlorine chamber & zigzag partition chamber to all the chlorine chambers of the above site as mentioned if required. Making new water line connection to 11 nos chlorine chambers if required with ½ “ dia PVC pipe line with necessary fittings from nearest water source. Fittings of 20” dia manhole cover to the soak pts and fittings of 4” dia PVC cowl with mosquito net-2 Job of desludging, Cleaning and flushing’s of 11 nos septic tanks as per specification of PHE Directorate, Govt. of West Bengal excavating dumping pits adjacent to each tank, cuttings jungles and cleaning the working site. Surrounding to each septic tanks and soak pits removal of sludge to the pits, cleaning the chambers of the tanks, covering the damping pits in proper manner with lose earth and spreading bleaching powder. Cleaning the all soak pits attached to the septic tanks unloading the Khoas from the soak pits stacking & washings the same & refilling the Khoas again in proper grading as per specification of PHE Directorate, Govt. Of West Bengal. Cleaning all the sewerage lines connected to septic tanks and toilet blocks desludging and cleaning as per PHE Directorate.Colour washing of latrines, urinal walls, ceilings and partitions at least three times in yearend to be certified by the PHE Directorate as per rules 42 of WBFR.Making arrangement for Govt. inspection & obtaining inspection report. Liaison, handling preparation, collection of necessary technical data as required under the rules and submission of annual returns in a prescribed FORM 22 of PHE Directorate and obtaining acknowledgement from the said Govt.Also maintaining the prescribed register, FORM-06 for the record of data
