Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST.) 2 Construction of Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved byEngineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST.) 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smooth MORD specificaions 401 (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST.) 4 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of sukrut stone stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification (G-2) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, MORD specifications 405.2 (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST.) 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of sukrut stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification (G-3) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, MORD specifications 405.3 (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST.) 6 Brick edging on both side of road with first class brick 8 cm. (3”) wide 12 cm. (4.50”) deep laid with mud mortar including all materials, lab our, T & P etc. complete. (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST.) 7 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST.) 8 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) usingdistributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST.) 9 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm -11.2 mm aggregatesusing penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, by manual MORd specific. 508 (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST.) 10 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall usingType C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST.) 11 Maintainance cost :- Maintainance cost will be paid year wise as per prevailing Government order No. 17/2024/SA-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 date 16.01.2024.Maintainance cost will adjusted as per final cost of constrction and will be paid accordingly 12 1st year - maintainance cost 0% (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST. 13 2nd year - maintainance cost 0.75% (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST. 14 3rd year - maintainance cost 1.5% (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST. 15 4th year - maintainance cost 2.25% (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST. 16 5th year - maintainance cost 3% (including labour material T&P etc. complete as per direction of E/I & also including all taxes Labour cess but excluding GST.
