Tender For Urgent Repair Work Of Rmc Between Rd 0M To 1100M Of Gararda Dam Distt. Bundi - 1 Work 2 Cutting & clearance of jungle, bushes, shrubs Ankra/Ipomoea, Juliflora typna etc. on canal and bunds in dry/moist/slushy conditions including disposal as per instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Cost ofwoodhasbeendeductedfromratesandthuswillbepropertyof contractor after cutting. (a) Ordinary 3 Removalofslit/soil/earth,sand,pebbles,Malba,debris,rubbish,stone pebbles & obstruction deposited in canal bed up to design line grade and sectionshavingdesignduetoerosion/scour/slipsincanalbanks/silting withorwithoutbushesandweedsetc.indryormoistconditionfrom canal bed including dewatering, loading unloading and disposal at suitable place as directed by Engineer in charge with initial lead of 50m. andliftupto1.5mwithproperdressingoncanalbedcompleteinall respect(a) For 5 to 15 cms depth, having (ii) Lined section 4 Demolishing stone rubble masonry including stacking of usable material and disposal of unuseable material within 50 meters lead inclusive of de-watering wherever required. (b) In cement mortar 5 Earth work in rough (borrow area) excavation for embankments in hard soil, morrum or highly weathered strata dry or moist, including laying in 20 cm layers (before compaction) and breaking of clods, sorting of grass, pebbles etc. and dressing when compacted by vibro compactor, vibro sheep foot roller, sheep foot roller/pneumatic tyred roller to obtain dry density of at least 98% of Standard Proctors density with initial lift of 1.5m (Excluding charges for compaction and watering) including loading and un-loading wherever required complete in all respect.With lead beyond 250 m and up to 750 m (½ Km)Deduct in item no 16 (a) to (d) above if Standard Proctors density to be achived is at least 90% 6 Watering of earth including cost of carriage of water when source of water isup to 1 Km 7 Supplyingandlayingquarryspallsproperlygradedbutnotmorethan 10cm in size with spreading in required profile including all leads & lifts 8 Random rubble stone masonry (using R. R. stones where 75 % stonestobenotlessthan15cminsizeinanydirectionand weighing not less than 23 kg.) for foundation including curing with all leads of all construction materials including curing etc. complete. (b) In cement sand mortar 1:4 9 Plaster in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints, smooth finishing & curing etc. complete including all leads of all construction materialsof thickness: (b) 20mm 10 Providing and Laying in position of Cement concrete Nominal mix (1:2:4) including leads of all construction materials, curing, compaction and finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement.
