Bids Are Invited For Supply and Delivery of LED flood light luminaire in die cast aluminium housing, 100 W with shroud, luminous flux (luminarie): 12000 lm , having IP 66, suitable to operate on 230 V, 50 cycle A.C. supply as per specifications. Supply and Delivery of Architectural doble arm bend 6-meter vertical height pole made up of steel pipe in two sections, the 1 st section is made up of 140 mm dia x 1000 mm (straight section) welded to a base plate and with integral junction box comprising of 4- way terminal block of suitable size and capacity for in & out cable termination along with 6 amps. SPMCB is conceled within the pole & removable cover.The 2nd section should be made from 76 mm dia x 5000 mm (vertical Height)(bend section) & forming an Archclosed at the top end with branching for fixing the light fixture. both the sections should be firmly welded to each other. The complete pole & its parts shall be hot dip galvanised and PU painted in 3-layer coating (coating thickness of -100 miocrons minimum),1st layer with etch primer, 2nd layer with epoxy primer & 3rd final layer with metallic finish PU paint, with base plate of size 250 X 250 X 12mm thickness, 4 nos. of 20 mm dia. X 600 mm long foundation bolts, R.C.C. foundation, etc. including installation & 3 20 No. commissioning as per drawing & Supply & Delivery of Double arm specifications. bracket 500 mm (approx) long suitable for item no .2 and flood light fitting. The bracket shall be firmly welded.The design of the bracket to have uniform illumination on the road. 4 20 Job Installation of pole mentioned in item sr.no.2 and double arm bracket at Sr.3 and commissioning of the pole in all respect. 5 20 Job Supply and Installation of 2 core PVC/PVC flexible copper conductor cable of 48/0.2 mm (1.5 sq. mm) from the Junction Box at the bottom of the street light pole at Sr. 2 upto the luminaries including termination of the cable to both the ends, including the supply and installation of copper cable lugs & suitable glands etc. and to the instructions. ( Two seperate 2 core cable to be connected from SPMCB to each Luminary) 6 40 Job Installation of LED flood light fitting on the street light arm as per instructions & specifications. 7 1 No. Supply & delivery of Street Light control panel made out of S.S. enclosure grade 304, 14 gauge, IP 66, internally embedded gasket with provision for cable entry through glands. The control panel must be of appropriate size to accommodate the following switch gears with interconnecting wiring between the switchgear by using PVC insulated PVC sheathed or sleeved copper conductor wires / busbar. The control panel shall be provided with canopy, necessary locking arrangement and pedastal mounting type on S. S. angle frame of suitable height and shall comprise of the following items with necessary clearances. 1) Switch Fuse Unit (32 A)- 01 No, 2) Digital Astronomical Timer 24 Hrs - 01 No, 3) TP Contactor 40A with 230 V operating coil-01 No, 4) Digital Multi-Function Meter (Next Gen)- 01 No, 5) FP MCB 20A-02Nos. 6) Manual/Timer selector switch 6A-01 No, 7) Connectors: 3 sets(3-Ph & N) out of which 1 set for 4Cx 10 mm² & 4 sets for 4Cx 4 mm² cable, 8) Provision for Earthing connection to the control panel & 9) Door operated LED Panel light of 5 watt, 230 V. The Manufacturer shall submit a copy of test report for degree of ingress protection as per IEC 60529. 8 1 Job Installation of the Street Light Control Panel at Sr No. 7 above on the pedastal foundation with suitable G.I. foundation bolts and as per specifications. 9 20 Job Providing Earthing for Street Light Pole at Sr. No. 2 above with 8 SWG G.I. Earthing wire along with G.I. Pipe as per specifications for each street light pole. 10 350 Mtr Supply & delivery at site of PVC insulated 4C x 4 sq. mm. copper conductor cable with heavy duty 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 8130-1984 (approx.). 11 50 Mtr Supply & delivery at site of PVC insulated 4C x 10 sq. mm. copper conductor cable with heavy duty 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 8130-1984 (approx.) 12 350 Mtr Supply and Delivery at site HDPE pipe of size 50mm dia. 13 350 Mtr Laying of HDPE pipes at a depth of about 900 mm approx. trench from pole to pole & providing T & other accessories at each pole for entry & exit of supply cable to street light pole to the instructions.Total Quantity : 1904
