Tender For Drain Cross Construction At Pole Side Area In M.B. Siwana Area. - Earth work in excavation for roadway, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of line, grades and cross sections, including disposal of surplus material with all lift and lead upto 1000 metre as per MoRT&H specification clause 301.4.2.1 In all type of soil 2 Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Lime Concrete, cement concrete grade M-10 (1:5:10) and below 3 Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking :: Earth (upto 1Km) 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine/ coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 6 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar. 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand) 7 Brick work with modular bricks of class designation 75 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mmwide 12mm deep complete from ground level upto plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). 8 Supply and fixing ashlar lintels and Dassa exposed horizontal and vertical faces 3 - lines fine dressed (bearing bed & top surface made perfectly even) 6.28.1 (a) upto 15 cm thick Red Ashlar 9 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 10 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominalsize) by volume .hardening compound is mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturers specifications.
