Tender For Installation, Testing And Commission Fire Hydrant C Class Fire Hydrant Pipeline Iim Raipur Campus; 1 Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of “C” Class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 3589/IS 1239 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nut bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required: 2 80 mm dia. 3 100 mm dia. 4 150 mm dia. 5 Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of butterfly valve of PN 1.6 rating with bronze/gunmetal seat duly ISI marked complete with nuts bolts, washers, gaskets conforming to IS 13095 of following sizes as required: 6 150 mm dia 7 Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of non-return valve of following sizes confirming to IS:5312 complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required: 8 150 mm dia 9 Supplying and fixing 63 mm dia, 15m long RRL hose pipe with 63 mm dia male and female couplings duly bound with GI wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS 636 (type-A) as required: 10 Stainless Steel (Grade 304) 11 Earth works in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over area (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 M in which aswell as 10 SQM on plan ) including getting cutting out and disposal of excavatedearth lead up to 50 M an for all lift , as directed by Engineer -in charge 12 All Kinds of Soil 13 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concreating, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work up to plinth level: 14 1:1:5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (Zone -III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 15 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all completed. 16 Steel work in built up tubular (round Square and rectangular hollow tubes etc, ) trussesetc. includingcuttinghoisting, fixing in position and applyinga primingcoatof approved steel primer, includingweldingand bolted with special shaped washers etc., complete 17 Hot Finished Welded Type Tubes
