    Tender For Defect Rectification Onboard Aux Barge Urja Sanchay => Limited; E-014: Yearly routine on FM-200 (HFC 227EA) fire extinguishing system (Make: M/s Zeal Marketing Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai) are falling due on Feb 25. Yearly routine may be carried out on due date and system to be proved for satisfactory operation post one yearly routine. Request assistance of OEM/PAC firm required for undertaking below mentioned routines/ safety checks:-(i) Removal nozzle from piping to allow any foreign material to below clear.(ii) Remove all pressure operated control from FM-200 Cylinder.(iii) Open distribution valve and keep open long enough cleanliness of pipe.(iv) Reconnect all control heads.(v) Over haul the control system, monitoring system and fire detection system. (vi) Check FM-200 & Co2 cylinder weight and pressure and recharge/ refill, if weight reduced more than 10%.(vii) Clean discharge nozzle.(viii) Calibration of all pressure devices.(ix) Test manual actuators, remote pull cables, pneumatics detection system & time delay.
