(a) Drain burned out engine oil and refilling the engine oil including replacement of unserviceable oil filter -01 Nos and air filter-01 Nos. Note:- Engine oil will be provided by the department(b) Complete opening the radiator and cleaning the same with cleaning agent-01 Nos Job and checking for leakages including repairs of the same with soldering and re-fixing including refilling new coolant mixer-08 Ltrs(c) Dismantling complete fuel tank and cleaning the same thoroughly with checking and necessary cleaning of fuel pipe line. Replacement of unserviceable diesel filter-02 Nos, with new on e and reassembling testing same.(d) Complete taking down front load springs (both rides) Dismantling cleaning with kerosene properly checking and replacement of load spring 02 Nos, unserviceable center bolt-02 Nos, shackle bushes-01 Nos, shackle pin-02 Nos, U clamp-04 Nos, and reassembling the same in original position and testing complete. (e) Taking out gar box complete and removing the unserviceable clutch plates, pressure plates release bearing fly wheel assembly pilot bearing clutch master cylinder (upper & lower) and replacing the same with new one including replacement of brake oil and gear oil.(f)Taking out the joint system and replacement of unserviceable spares such as joint crosses2 Nos joint lapping meaning one set and complete testing. (g) Repair to break system by replacing the worn out part such as break master buster assembly master cylinder assembly rear break liners rear wheel cylinder assembly 4 nos including break fuel and testing break system(h) Check-up complete wiring system and replacement of 15A fuses 5 Nos, indicator lamps 3 Nos, tale light assembly self-starter repair by replacement of carbon bushes armature replacement solenoid switch replacement and testing complete electrical system.(i)Wheel alignment and wheel balancing (j)Water servicing of vehicle completeAuthority :- CWE (Army) Secunderabad letter No 30049/GE (S)/32/E3 dt 28 Jan 2025.Code Head :- 01/495/04
