tender for (i) Providing, erection, commissioning & testing of 01 nos. Early Steamer emission (ESE-S60) lighting arrester . Its working principle evolves forms local electrostatic field that develops naturally around the system as a thunderstom begins to gather in the event of descending ligthening an in built tiggering device generates high tension pulses at the conductor tip, causing a corona effect protection radius protection 107 meter with G.I. mast 6 meter and G.I. strip 50x6 mm HDPE Pipe 75mm dia, with earthing strip insulator (IS: 3043-1987, Latest amendment) for Pump house Campus and other equipments at Rest room roof including 01 nos. ESE lighting arrester (range 107 meter radius area cover) with G.I. mast and lying of G.I. strip 50x6 mm, with earthing strip insulator at every 1.0 mtr including cost of all material, cutting, welding, clamping, nut & bolt, packing, freight, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work at NPC. Testing of earthing by suitable earth tester at Narayanpur pump canal for all equipment mentioned above as per BS 7430:2011 (code of practice for protective earthing of electrical installations) procedure as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at NPC. (01 No.) (ii) Lying of G.I. strip 50x6 mm, with earthing strip insulator at every 1.0 mtr including cost of all material, cutting, welding, clamping, nut & bolt, packing, freight, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in Charge at NPC.(110.00 RM) (iii) Providing, erection, commissioning & testing of copper bonded solid earthing electrodes dia 17.2 mm, length 3 meter with Pit cover & 25kg bag chemical for ESE-S60 Ligthening arrester at rest room roof area at NPC including cost of all materials, carriage, labour and T & P etc. (03 Nos.)
