    Tender For Providing General Servicing To 30Kva Dg Set In Te Dabaspet Under Agm Peenya, Bengaluru.; 1 Attending minor repairs to the DG set to bring the DG in working condition such as replacement of V belts, rubber hoses, fuel pipes and other electrical items including testing & making good etc as required. 2 Providing B check service ofthe 30KVA EA setengineby replacing of oil filters , fuel filters & engine oil and test running and record the oil pressure, temp, RPM, Volt and frequency etc as reqd 3 Installation of the 30KVA EA set at available space near existing canopyand test running including connecting the existing cableand earth connections and record the oil pressure, temp, RPM, Volt and frequency etc as reqd 4 Dismantling of 1 No 30 KVA EA Set along with all associated accessories at T E Karehalli i/c removing of all connected accessories like extended exhaust pipe and cables etc as reqd 5 Shifting the RTU type 30 KVA Mahindra EA set from the DG set foundation to the nearest location to enable the DG set for lifting on to the transporting vehicle with the help of manual labour including arranging of necessary supporting T&P etc as required. 6 Transportation of the 30 KVA Mahindra EA set along with all accessories such as Control panel, fuel tank, silencer etc from Karehallito T E Dabaspet60 Km Approx including loading and unloading, Keeping the EA set as per Direction of Exchange Incharge etc as reqd 7 Removing of existing damaged 40KVA EA Set Greaves along with all associated accessories i/c dismantling the all connected accessories like extended exhaust pipe and cables etc and shifted to near TE Building Dabaspet available place in same compoundetc as reqd
