    Supply of machinery and labour on emergency basis for i) cutting, shifting, removal and transportation of trimmed tree branches or fallen trees on thunderstorm/cyclone ii) Provide Necessary Assistance to emergency rescue operation (carried out by respective department) after collapse of any building/structure and/or immediate removal of debris in case obstruction of road/street due to such collapse iii) Maintain & provide standby disaster management team during cyclonic situation/ chhath/ Durga Puja/Carnival/ any other emergency situation during FY 2025-26 for Zone – 2 (Ward 17 to Ward 31, 48, 50) under HMC- 1 Hire charge of Backholoader (J.C.B) with fuel &operation(for 8 hours working).(As per previous santioned Rate) 2 Hire charge of Hydra (Crane) with fuel & operator(for 8 hours working)(As per previous santioned Rate) 3 Hire charge of Dumper (10 wheel) with fuel & operator(for 8 hours working).(As per previous santioned Rate) 4 Hire charge of Tree Cutting machine including fuel(for 8 hours working)(As per previous santioned Rate) 5 Hire charge of small tempo (4 wheel) with fuel & operator(For 8 hours working)(As per previous santioned Rate) 6 Supply of Skilled Labours for tree cutting (As per current minimum wages rate of Govt. of WB)(For 8 hours working)Effective in the period from 1st July 2024 to 31st December 2024 7 Supply of Unskilled LaboursMazdoor for shifting of cutted tree (As per current minimum wages rate of Govt. of W.B.)Effective in the period from 1st July 2024 to 31st December 2024 8 Add 18 % GST 9 Add 1 % Cess
