Tender For Electro-Mechanical Repairs And Replacement/Maintenance And Allied Works To 25 Kva 1 Dg Set Operational At Divisional Office Of Water Works Division, Srinagar.= 1 Repairs to lubricating system by replacement of filters (Fuel filter, M. oil filter, Air filter) and other allied worksThe items used shall be from OEM under the instructions of engineer in charge. The parts/ components, etc installed shall be of reputed make and standard quality with min. one year warranty. The other details/spec. will be provided by engineer in charge. 2 P/F of M. Oil (Castrol, Mobil, MAK, eq.). The job includes extraction of old M oil, cost of labour, allied accessories, etc. The other details/spec. will be provided by Engineer incharge. 3 SITC of 12 V starter of reputed make and standard quality (Bosch, Lucas, eq.) and allied items incl. P/F of thimbles (06 nos). The job includes extraction of completely damaged starter and allied items and replacement with new starter and thimbles and other allied items. The new equipment shall be of OEM under the instructions of engineer in charge. The starter and other items installed shall have min. one year warranty.The additional details/spec. will be provided by Engineer incharge. 4 Providing, laying & fixing of insulation rubber mats on the floor/covering area (18 sft min.) around DG set and at BB chamber. Providing of industrial rubber 11 KV electrical shock proof safety gloves (01 pairs), electric insulation boots (01 pairs), Anticut glooves CL- 5/4 P and AL-4 (02 pairs) for handling electrical equipments/connections.P/T of 5 step foldable, portable & compact steel telescopic ladder of reputed make and standard quality with min. one year warranty with anti skid steps. The ladder shall have a min. warranty of 2 years and load cap. of 150 kg. The additional details of the work/item shall be provided by the concerned engineer of EM works. 5 Repairing and cleaning/servicing to alternator/dynamo assy. of the DG Set. The job includes extraction of alternator, replacement of carbon brush set, seal and allied items, cleaning with petrol & full servicing to improve its performance and assembling the serviced alternator back to DG set for its testing on load.
