Tender For Development work in Dharmeshpuri crematorium - Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level. In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. Depth upto 1.5 m 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 3 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 4 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete: 5 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses andincluding cutting to size and shape wherever required.1.00mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m² 6 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 20 mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of synthetic fibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mm length to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per 50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand) 7 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work 8 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work 9 Earth filling with available surplus soil excavated from foundations and taken only from outside of building plinth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer including ramming and watering and consolidation with lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 10 Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking 3 km. 11 Construction for tube well up to 100mtr depth and above in all type of rocks by DTH system and over bur dun, to accommodate casing pipe of following size in all type of soil and over bur dun incl. lowering of casing pipes, but excl. cost of casing pipes as per is : 2800 (part I&II) 1979 specification the work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a throughout boares per nominal dia. Of casing pipe A 150 mm dia nominal bore. 12 Supply of ERW ms black casing pipe ISI marked (IS:4270/1992) of grade fe 410 of following size of site of workB 150mm nominal bore of pipe 168.3 mm outer dia 5mm thick mass of tube 20.13 13 Supply of 100mm dia submersible pumping set confirmingto is 8034-1989 confirming of submersible motor as per9283-1995 of sufficition horse power coupled to a pump of duty condition detailed below crampon,greaves, ksb, termo, plug, calama ISI make with clear water filled with submersible cable. The motor shall have one cable lead of minimum 3 mtr. Length with suitable control panel excl. meter box the the motor shall be suitable for a application in respect of corrosion resistance & mechanical performance continuously under water & the motor start shall be stainless steel or gr. 431 or gr. 410. the motor shall be suitable for entire working range of pump from 10% to 25% of rated 36 MEG & running capacitor & connection diagram fixed inside box with earthling provision as per is specifications. The over all efficiency of pump set should not be less than 25% 3 HP (69-125 mtr) 14 Supply of bore well cover to aceommotate 125mm ims pipe made of ms flat & ms sheet as per drawings 15 Supply & Fixing MS clamp set of 50x6mm flat from iron with nuts and bolts etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set. 16 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank 17 Providing & erections of aluminum service we line complete as per specification.
