Tender For Improvement Of Junctions At Industrial Area Kekri - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils 2 Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller at OMC to achieve desired density to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P and all lead of material from quarry (compacted thickness to be measured)., Grading as per MoRTH specification : Table 400-1, 400-2 with CBR value not less than 30., i)To achieve 100% Proctor density 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate of as per table 400-10 and 400-11 to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechnical mixer as per approved design mix, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with motor grader/F.E. Loader/paver finisher in sub base / base course on a well prepared under base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintance of diversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406) by mechanical means with all lead 4 Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specifications. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level., M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).
