Angles, M.S. Flat G.1. Stay Sets, G1 Stay Wire, G.I. Wire Nut & Bolts etc. and ACSR Conductor including loading and unloading and stacking in Nigam store at work site. Within 10 Kms Safe Carriage of insulator, fardware, cable etc. including loadinglunloading and stacking in Nigam stones Within 10 Kms. Safe carriage of 1164 KV 3 Phase distribution transformer including loadinglunicading from store to site (these Charges will be 1.5 times for both sides) b) 25 & 40 KVA Within 10 Kms Safe carriage of breakers/vasks etc. including loading unloading and stacking in Nigam stores Within 10 KMs. Fixing of 11kv B&S/T&C type disc insulator for 33kv lines (each unit consiling of 3 nos, disc & 1set of H/W) on leerminal point including fixing of hardware and stripes Fixing of 33kv pin insulator with pines Fuxing of 11ky pin insulator with pines Irestallation of lightening arrestors on erected structure /support (1 nas) including connection with earth by wire strip as required and jumpering etc. The nuts & boltswill be supplied by the contractor for which payment will be made as per prevailing Discom stare issue rates. (A)sub-slation type 33 KV LA sach Assembly and installation of Horn Gap fuse set (set of anas)an erected structure as per design, complete in all respectwith post insulator including jumpering on both ends for connection with the system. Installation testing as per Nigams norm & commissioning of 11/0.4KV distribution transformer an erected suppartas including foxing of base channels as per requirment jumpering on HV&LV side, crimping of lugs clamping earth connections of body and neutral of transformer with wire/strip (as already provided with earthing) complete in all respect. The PG clamps nuts & bolts will be supplied by the contractor for which payment will be made as per prevailing Discom store issue rates, 25 and 40 KVA Foxing of danger plates on supports/structure Foxing of PG clamp of Panther Conductor Laying of 1100 valt heavy duty armoured XLPE cable of aluminum caudcior of following size canfarming to IS. 7098 (P-1) (latest amended) overhead service line from pale to mester terminals for release of new LT connections/replacement of damaged obsolete service line (except agriculture one). The cable must be fixed on wall with clamps hooks properly at a interval of one meter. 4 Care 18/25 sq mm Laying/stringing of bus bar with ACSR Dog & jumper connection using se rod 33KV 11KV insulator strings required hardware.P.G.clamps/T clamps escas per requirement including Y-connections at bus bar jumpering point as per the direction of engineer in-charge ACSR DOGIRABBIT Mesh earthing for 33/11 kv sub-station as per approved map &design using MS flat 50X8mm/MS road 20mm dia includinglaying of fatrod at the depth of 0.65 Mirs, welding & jointing at joints, structures & equipments escasunder
