| 1 | Servicing and refilling of6kgs (ABC) Capacity Storred Pressure, Dry Powder type Fire Extinguisher by following methods:a) Collecting the Extinguisher from the appropriate places of User premises after getting the Proper permission from User Department Head / Incharge.b)Transporting to the Refilling station.c) In refilling station, Discharging storred pressure safely, after ensuring pressure level of Zero Value, Disconnecting the accessories like Discharge Hose, Pressure gauge, Hose Clip etc.d) Removing the existing Dry Powder and disposing safely without affecting environment.e) Cleaning the Container Thoroughly. f) Conducting the Hydrostatic Pressure testing for the maximum Pressure 21kgs/cm2 using Pressure Testing Pump. Ensuring the safety & Precautionery methods while doing the Pressure test.g) Refilling of fresh Mono Ammonium Posphate Dry Powder and Screwing the Top end Cap. Fixing the Squeezing Knop, Pressure Gauge and accessories. h) Pressurising the Extinguisher using nitrogen Gas up to working Pressure, that will be indicating Green Level in Pressure Gauge.i)Adopting Proper Cleaning and repainting of Fire Extinguisher as per requirements.j) Transpoerting the Extinguisher from refilling satation to user premises. k) Refixing of Extinguisher in appropriate places in order using new wall mounting Clamp.All works should be carried out as per IS-2190 (2010) Code of Practice (CED 22: Fire Fighting)The rate inclusive of all incidental charges, Conveyance, Ttansporting Charges, Loading and unloading charges, Operating Sticker, etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers. |
