(P-40, litem No.7) CLEANING AND REPAIRING OF FUEL DUCT PASSAGE: a. Removing The complete damaged r.s. bRICKS AND R.S slab of the (U.G) duct passage of the furnace chamber and thorough cleaning of the duct passage upto the start of brick build chimney by removing ash / carbon particles and relining the same with R.S Slabs & R.S bricks after mending good damages in the duct passages with insulation brick and red brick (1:4) with all necessary cementing masonry work litem No.131 (P-40, PATCH WORKS (RELINING): Relining The Factory Shaped bricks,tiles, Angle Bricks etc. with good quality fire clay mortar by skilled labor (specially for cremation furnace) neat finishing and fitting for easy movement of the charging trolley over the roast bricks as per the direction of E.I.C of the dept. washing of the of the entire chamber with Sodium Siliminate clay should be necessary. Roast bricks-9 nos, Ash bricks-(M.K-24)-9nos Angle bricks-M.K-88-18nos, M.K-100-4 nos, M.K-101-4 nos. Side bricks-M.K-27-18nos, M.K-29nos. (P-39, litem No.3) HEATING ELEMENT: a. a. Replaced the Hitting Element (Heatco make) of capacity 4.5 K.W to be working in supply voltage of 240 V 50 Hz made from 80/20 Nicrome wire of 8 SWG in coiled coil from welded S.S stud on both ends. The coil should be inserted into the groove of existing coil brick after proper cleaning and the S.S Studs housed into the ceramic caller tube wrapped. With asbestos rope for tight fitting and sealing as heat proof extended S.S stud to be connected brasst copper connector with complete connection in all respect of existing system (P-41, litem No.14) b. Supplying and fixing the terminal connector having drill holes for inserting S.S stud of 8.5 mm dia and connection point of existing copper wires of overall dimension 80mm long x25mm square shape. TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER:- a. Replaced the digital type temperature controller of range (0-1200) deg. C of overall dimension 92 sq mm dia x 105 mm depth having (CR-AI) HEAT SENSOR AND 1NO+1n.c change over contract to be actuated at crossed of desired temperature in deg. C complete power supply unit of 230V 50 HZ. MAKE-BLUE MAX. (P-41, Iteam No.15(i) PALMER BLOCK: a) Replaced C.l palmer block for suitable to EN-24, 60 mm dia shaft including proper alignment and fixing in the pedestrian of the blower for free run of impeller. (P-42, item No.20) Replaced S/F 230V, LED indicating Lamp. (Blue & White Clour) (P-45, Item No-57) Replaced S/F 230V, LED indicating Lamp. (Other Clour) (P-45, Item No-58) Replaced 415V, HRC Fuse (L&T make), LED indicating Lamp, (Other Clour) -for 63A (P-45, Item No-60) Replaced 415V, HRC Fuse (L&T make), LED indicating Lamp, (Other Clour) -for 100A (P-45, Item No-61) Add CGST @ 9% Add SGST @ 9% Add Cess 1%
