| 1 | Checking of Split/ Window AC of capacity 1.5/ 2.0 TR any type for smooth functioning as per manufacturer specification including replacement of minor components as listed in subsequent items here in after at INS Kattabomman & RS(P) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . The maintenance of cooling appliances includes the following:- (i) Cleaning of coil unit with dust blower, lubricate the indoor & outdoor fan motor with oil.(ii) Checking and cleaning the drain connection and air filter periodically, washing of coil with solution once in a contract period. (iii)Checking the refrigerant pipe insulation.(iv) Check & repair the minor electrical fault in incoming supply. (v)Checking and cleaning drain pipe for water leakage from indoor unit.(vi) Supply of spares/components required to be replaced under this contract shall be measure and paid separately.(vii) Checking the fault of cooling/ heating appliances. |
