Labour Charges for inserting PVC Casing pipes assembly (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC Couplers with Cement paste etc., complete, supply and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality as approved by the executive engineers of TWAD Board

Rate for flushing of borewell of 6” dia requiring less than 4 hours operation using drill rods/ hose with required size of pipes for various capacity compressor including transportation, labour, and fuel charges for compressors as directed by the TWAD Officer and conducting yield test by ‘V’ notch method if required.

Supply and delivery of UPVC Pipe 40mm dia pipe for bore well including cost ang convayance of material and labour charge etc complete.

Supply and delivery of direct online starter confirming to IS13947, IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/Three Phase/50HZ(± 5%) and 415 V(±10%) including Ammeter, Voltmeter, Thermal Overload relay, 16 Amps 2 pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage protection, Indication lamp, starting capacitor, running capacitor and On/Off Push button switches, 5 way connector, wiring with 1 sq. mm/1.5 sq. mm copper PVC insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately)

Supply and delivery of PVC INSULATED AND SHEATHED 4sqmm CORE FLAT TYPE COPPER CABLEwith ISI Marking suitable for submersible pump set etc complete.

Erection of power pumps in borewell labour charges for erection of twin packer duplex type jet pumps in borewells upto 150 mm dia including fixing of Suction pipe regulating valves with jet assembly upto a maximum depth of 30 m and delivery pipe valves pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three indicator lamps capacitor and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumps and trail run for 10 days including signing of completion of reports as required by EB authorities and finishing the pipe holes including the foundation bolts, nuts and earth pits

Removal of centrifugal pumpset/ jet pumps/ submers ible pumpsets and its accessories from borewell/ open well for attending repairs 50% of the rates mentioned under item
