DIMENSIONALLY SUITABLE AND ACCEPTABLE FOR BERTHING AT ALL COASTAL PORTS IN INDIA , ESPECIALLY VIZAG (HPC-VR), & BUDGE BUDGE (HPC). B. VESSEL ATTAINING THE AGE OF 20 YEARS ANY TIME DURING THE ENTIRE CHARTER PERIOD INCLUDING THE EXTENSION OPTIONS MUST HAVE A CAP RATINGS AND BE GOVERNED BY DG SHIPPING GUIDELINES ON AGE NORMS AND OTHER QUALITATIVE PARAMETERS, IN FORCE. C. VESSEL MUST HAVE CPP / WO CARGO BACKGROUND IN LAST 3 VOYAGES. OWNERS MUST CONFIRM COMPLIANCE OF CONDITIONS REGARDING TANK CLEANING AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF THE VESSEL AS STATED IN CLAUSE “11 U” OF THIS ENQUIRY
