Tender For U#1 New Lci Commissioning Job - PART-A: EXTENDED PLATFORM FABRICATION & ERECTION • Fabrication of extended platform including material & erection outside 12.5mtr ESP building material gate. Platform to be installed before LCI panels shifting starts with min load withstanding capacity of 5Tonne. • Vendor to submit platform drawings and after approval of platform drawing from engineering division MPL EMD will give clearance for platform erection. PART-B: SHIFTING OF NEW LCI PANELS TO 12.5MTR ESP BUILDING VFD ROOM • Shifting of LCI panels from MPL stores to ESP building “0mtr” and providing proper covering against water & dust ingress. Panel lifting must be done by hydra and shifting by trailer. Hydra & trailer must comply with MPL & Jharkhand state government norms. Flagman to be deployed while matching. • ESP building rear end: All work of dismantling existing fencing and making path for entry of trailer/crane and after completion of project again refencing is in scope of vendor. • Cutting of extended beams as required for smooth operation of crane during shifting. • Lifting & shifting of new LCI panels to 12.5mts VFD base via extended platform after in service LCI panels decommissioned & base is cleared after required modification by vendor. • As per requirement any alteration in material gate which include gate removal & wall breaking (if required) will be in scope of vendor. • As per MPL requirement floor hole drilling/cutting for cable entry to be performed. • Any damage to panel while shifting is chargeable and touchup painting to be done in case of scratch occurred in panel. • In view of rainy weather, panel humidity indicator should not raise above 50% indication mark while shifting from MPL stores to ESP-1- 12.5mtrs VFD room, all required arrangement to be done by vendor. PART-C: DECOMMISSIONING/COMMISSIONING OF LCI PANELS • Decommissioning of in-service LCI panel including power/control cable disconnection & cable tagging. • 5tonne 5nos chain pully blocks and trolley required from internal shifting of panels • Shifting & storage of decommissioned panel at proper location as shown by MPL EMD in 12.5mtrs ESP VFD room. • LCI base frame surface grinding & cover plate fixing to be done to cover the open areas. • All frame related jobs are in scope of vendor. • New panel erection & commissioning which includes-specialization in power cable & control cable relugging (if required) and termination. • Panel gland plate hole making matching cable size. • Panel gland plate sealing for vermin protection from bottom at cable vault. • Control cable dressing is in scope of vendor. • Power cable restructuring and trefoil clamping is in scope of vendor battery limit of VFD transformer upto motor terminal. • Power cable jointing as per site specific requirement. • Room air ventilation duct sealing work. • Painting job. • Floor civil work. • All type of cable gland, lugs and ferrule printing machine as per site requirement.
