    Quotation For- Providing And Applying Externally 3 Layer Polyethylene Coating Of Minimum 3000 Micron To M. S. Pipe-Providing and applying externally 3 layer fusion bonded polyethylene (3LPE) lining to mild steel pipes of minimum 3000 micron confirming to DIN-30670 standards 150 mm space shall be left uncoated (cutback) on both ends of mild steel pipes for welding purpose & same shall be coated after completion of welding at site with 100% solid, cold applied, polymetric coating as specified in the standards. The rate shall include the cost of material, coating and wrapping over the pipes, handling charges cleaning of pipe internally and externally with proper blasting preparation of pipes surface dust free as per specifications transportation of pipes from site to works to factory and back to site of works after coating etc complete .Note- Pipe coating shall be done at factory only
