    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services Similar Category Custom Clearance Service 1. Printing and supply of Shipping Bill on account of HPCL at BPCL Fuel Farm, Mopa Airport / Goa Dabolim international airport. 2. Preparation of Shipping bill for all scheduled and non-scheduled international flights on account of HPCL at Mopa Airport /Goa Dabolim international airport. For scheduled flights intimation shall be given to bidder 48 hours in advance. However, considering the unexpected nature of operations of non-scheduled international flights, intimation to the bidder may be given at last moment as well. Intimation shall be given to vendor on email IDs shared by vendor. 3. Shipping bill details has to be entered in the ledger provided at the customs office at Airport Export Department and take the signature of Customs officer on Duty. 4. Each flight would require a separate shipping bill for ATF supply. Shipping fill shall be duly filled with all details and signed by custom officials. 5. Getting the shipping bill authorized from concerned team of customs for ATF export at Mopa Airport / Goa Dabolim international airport before supply. 6. Submitting the custom authorized shipping bill at BPCL Mopa Fuel Farm, Manohar International Airport, Mopa, Pernem, North Goa, Goa – 403512 / Goa Dabolim international airport for supplying fuel to the aircraft at airport.
