Tender For Civil Work - Special Repairs Of Doors, Windows, Rain Water And Water Pipe Line Work Of Staff Quarters Of P&T Colony Vigyan Nagar, Kota.(3Rd Call); 1 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 2 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 3 Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. C section/ rectangular tube profile of minimum 0.60 mm thickness with 120 gsm coating as stiffeners as per manufacturers specifications Mitered cut joints for styles and rails provided with telescopic polymeric L corners are joined together using solvent adhesive and strengthened with fully threaded stainless steel screws (of required size) through reinforcement stiffener with paneling of specified solid foam PVC board / high pressure laminate of required thickness and of approved design and shade (matching the styles and rails), secured within styles and rails with specially designed solid foam PVC moulded headings of required size using PVC solvent adhesive / cement. SS handles 125 mm, shall be fixed to frame with 3 Nos. stainless steel hinges of minimum size 100x58x1.9mm and stainless steel screws of required size complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Cost of above hardware is inclusive in rates) 17 5 mm thick solid foam PVC panel of required size with moulded/extruded beading of appropriate design shape and size as per manufacturers specifications (to secure the panel insert tight in place within the style and rails of the shutter)matching the color &shade of shutter frame - Non decorative type. 18 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete 19 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, 20 Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter 21 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS :5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. 22 Coupler 110mm 23 Single tee with door 110x110x110 mm 24 Bend 87.5° 110 mm bend 25 Shoe (Plain) 110 mm Shoe 26 Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hardwood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete. 27 110 mm 28 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. 29 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 30 Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: 31 Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm). 32 Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 33 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall 34 20 mm nominal outer dia. Pipes. 35 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes. 36 Repairs of wire guage steel windows by cutting existing broken / Faulty wire guage including M.S. flats 20x5mm by welding in existing windows frame etc. for the panel size 0.45 x 1.16 mt spprox size as a job 37 Welding in M.S. Sections in existing windows / door frame or other M.S. section at site and replacing all broken aldrop, nukka, handle, hinges, etc. as per requirement by welding for smooth operation i/c repair by cement mortar if required and transportation of welding machine and labour etc complete up to all lifts and leads irrrespective of floor height at all floor levels. ( Mode of measurement will be one job means one complete window/door or part etc.)
