Tender For Attending The Gas Leakage Of 420 Kv Sf 6 Main Circuit Breaker Cgl Make Of 400 Kv Harduaganj Bay At 400 Kv Substation Aligarh - Regular Tower to Tower ground quarterly patrolling of following lines of 132 KV detection of defects like missing/theft tower members, hot point, puncture insulator disc, dislocation of vibration dampers/damaged conductor/earthwire, checking of foundation & position of tree in the corridor of the line, patrolling shall be done on quarterly basis i.e. 04 times in a year. 2 Attending the gas leakage from pole and air leakage from control valve of Y phase pole of 420 kv main circuit breaker (CGL make) of 400 KV Harduaganj bay. Work includes opening of jumpers and connectors, extraction of SF-6 gas from Y poleinterrupter, PIR, Grading capacitor and supporting porcelain with the help of crane/hydra, SF-6 extraction machine and carriage upto working place. Opening of both side paltes of interrupter, bar pin between moving contact assembly. Taking out moving contact assembly. Opening of control valve, clraning all the parts and replacement of defective O ring. Then complete assembling of circuit breaker unit. Safe carriage of breaker unit from working place to installation site. Then complete erection of 420 KV SF-6 Circuit breaker on structure and connecting clamp and connector with 4 IPS pipe bus, creating vaccum in B pole and after that filling of SF-6 gas upto required pressure then checking for leakage of gas with the help of detector. Checking of operation with C.B. analyser and complete testing & commissioning of the circuit breaker to secure for proper operation. All required spare parts of C.B. will be provided by UPPTCL free of cost and rest consuble materials, T&P, Crane, gas haldling plant, O ring, skilled and unskilled technician, experienced engineer capable to work on CGL make circuit breaker to be arranged by the contractor on his own cost.
