Tender For Replacement Of Existing 02 Nos Of 200 Tr Chillers At Srinagar Airport.; 1 Supply , installation , testing and commesioning of reversible air cooled screw heat pump package of 1160 kW heating/ 328 TR cooling actual capacity with twin compressor & Satr delta starter, comprising of screw compressors with direct drive motor (speed not exceeding 3000 RPM, multi-compressorwith Shell & Tube Type Evaporator duly insulated, and full refrigerant charge. Air cooled condenser having copper tube with mechanically bonded aluminum fins, fan motor with housing, inter-connecting copper piping all mounted on MS frame with vibration isolator mounting below compressors. The microprocessor based control pannel completely factory wired comprising of all necessary operative and safety controls and sensors with LCD display panel. TPN weather proof isolator switch for in coming power cable. The motor shall be suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase , 50 Hz AC power supply. The package Heat Pump shall be BMS compatible including necessary interface card suitable for transferring data to BMS. Heat Pump shall be provided with mechanical couplings for water connections, and complete as per detailed technical Tender specifications. 2 Dismantling of existing 200 TRscrew type chiller units, foundation and associated accessories, including shifting the same from the HVAC plant location to dismantle items store located not more than 200 metres away. 3 Dismantling of existing Chiller Panel & Hot Boiler Panel, associated accessories, including shifting the same from the HVAC plant location to dismantle items store located not more than 200 metres away. 4 Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of Centrifugal Horizontal, End-Suction, Top DischargeChilled Water Pumps with VFD, complete with CI body, bronze / gun metal / CF8 impeller with stainless steel shaft, bronze or gun metal shaft sleeve, mechanical shaft seals and flexible coupled with electric motor for re-circulation of water for the central air conditioning system. The pump shall be flexible coupled protected by OSHA compliant coupling guard. All pumps shall be aligned properly as required. The pump motor shall be TEFC squirrel cage induction motor having efficiency class IE3 (as per IS 12615) with class F insulation, 1500 RPM synchronous speed, operating on 415 V +/- 10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply. The motor shall be non- overloading type. Pumps shall be with performance characteristics as given below. The pump and motor shall be mounted on a common base plate.
