Providing, Supplying And Installation Of Mechanical Machineries Allied With Required Pipeline Laying Work At Jaspur 76 Mld S.T.P. Gandhinagar.-1 SITC of DG Set of 500 KVA conforming to latest CPCV IV+ emmission norms, with acoustic enclosure, control panel with all equipments, alternator, battery, silencer, anti vibration mounts and associated items on the cement concrete floor / foundation including providing necessary fuel MS piping and conducting Acceptance Testing of the Engine Alternator by arranging necessary consumables like Lube oil, fuel, providing artificial resistive load with cabling ,switching arrangements etc. for pre Acceptance Testing ( i.e, 2 hours full load, 1 hour 10% overload and 1 hour at no load) and final Acceptance Testing of E/A set (i.e.running of E/A set on full load for 6 hours and running on 10% overload for 1 hour) including topping up of lube oil up to full mark and filling of extra fuel up to a level suitable for 2 hours full load working etc. as per specifications as required. The Construction of DG Sets PCC Foundation , Earthing work for body/neutral of DG set, Supply /fixing of suitable Control/Power Cable and other materials as required for ITC of DG Set shall be in the scope of Seller as detailed in General Technical Requirement (GTR)/ Commissioning 2 Providing & erecting approved make AMF control panel suitable for following size of 3 phase, 415 V., 50 cycles, A.C. diesel generating set complete of scope as detailed below: 1) Power module: A pair of electromechanically interlocked contactors (for mains & generator) Overload relay for generator contactor Neutral contactor for mains and generator Power socket for connections. 2) Control and metering module: Line voltage monitor. Generator voltage monitor Ammeter 3 items attempt start facility. Air circuit breakers/MCB/MCCB of suitable rating for auto/manual operation. Auto/manual switch. Emergency stop push buttons. Manual start push button. frequency meter. Engine hour meter. Two earthing studs.3) Protection module: The engine shutdown in the unlikely event of Low lube oil pressure High cylinder head temperature. V belt failure.4) Indicators with alarm Load on generator.5) Indicators Load on mains Engine fails to start . Emergency stop battery charger.The AMF Panel of following capacityAMF Control Panel for 500 KVA 3 phase DG Set 3 Manufacturing, Supplying and Fitting of Fabricated Shed with proper Structure and FRP Sheet as per following: 1. Adequate size of Angles, Bar, etc. should be used to manufacture structure of shed2. Proper RCC Foundation should be used for fixing of main frame to ground3. FRP Sheet must be fixed with main frame with help of proper screw4. Anti corrosive paint must be applied to all structures before applying paint 4 Providing and erecting XLPE(IS:7098)(I)-88 ISI armoured cable multistrand Aluminium conductor for 1.1 KV. to be laid on wall with necessary clamps or in existing trench / pipe of following size of cables3.5 Core 500 sq.mm. 5 Solder less crimping type Aluminium lugs conforming to IS suitable for cable of following size evenly crimped with high pressure tool & connected to switchgear terminals with brass/cadmium plated nut bolts in an approved manner.50 sq.mm. 6 Making trench in soft soil of suitable width of 90 cm deep for laying cable or locating the fault all over the run and back filling the same and making the surface as normal ground. 7 Covering of cable with second class bricks or cement tiles laid cover the cable crosswise & also on both sides with covering of 7. 5 Cm. layer of sand above & below cable (16 bricks per meter) 8 Liaison charges for obtaining approval/license from GPCB, Electrical Inspector and other Local Authority for installing and running of DG Set including preparation and submission of required layout and schematic drawings.
