Jaswantpura - Providing and laying bituminous concrete as per design mix on preparedsurface with specified graded stone as per table 500-18 for wearing course including loading of aggregate with F.E loader and hot mixing of binderand 2% cement filler with aggregates in approved hot mix plant as per clause 6.5 of manual Transporting the mix material with tipper to paver and laying with sensor paver finisher (as per clouse 507.3.5) to the required level , grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150-250 KN,TP=0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MORTH Specification : Clause -509,112) Grade-I Bitumen @ minimum 5.5 % of mix with lead up to 1 KM VG-30 grade 2 Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface including disposal of excess earth side slopes to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor upto 75mm average depth complete as per MORTH specification clause 3003. 3 Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil with all leads & lifts and compacting it with plate compactor complete as per MORTH specification Clause 3003. 4 Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material ( Table:- 400- 2) (Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401) (incl. lead upto 1000M & all lifts) c) For Grading III Material 5 Clearing and grubbing road landincluding uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplingsand trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlierand disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding in 150 mm thickness as per MORTH specification clause 201 By mechanical Means . In area of light jungle 6 Restoration of rain cuts with soil, moorum, gravel or a mixture of these including all leads and lifts and cost of arrangement of land, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300 mm width, laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compacting with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment levels & slopes complete as per MORTH specification Clause 3002. 7 Painting & printing letters on kilometer stone with first quality synthetic enamel paint as per MoRTH specification clause 800. Ordinary Kilometer stone. 8 Providing and applying two or more coats of ready mix paint of approved brand on steel surface after thorough cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per MORTH specifications Cl. 803. 9 Printing new letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved colour to give an even shade. Hindi (Matras commas and the like not to be measured and paid for half letter shall be counted as half).
