Tender For Site Development Work At Pharmacy Deptt.,Mlsu - 1 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead 2 Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 Mtr. Including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of Jhiri with watering and ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 Mtr. All kind of soils. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level using crusher broken aggregate 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate40mm nominal size). 4 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in:Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand) 5 Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto five level above 30cm. thick walls in Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1-Cement : 6-Sand) 6 Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification 75mm thick 7 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finished 25 mm thick. 8 R.R dry stone kharanja under floor 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 10 Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengtheing with cement mortar 1 : 3 in following stepsi) Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried.ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars.iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectureds specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush.iv)Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day.v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete.vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days 11 Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth completeNew Plastered Surface (three or more coats) 12 Painting exterior surface of Wall with 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including prepartion of basewith sand papering, primer, putty, etc complete in all respect including scaffolding and safety provision New Work 13 Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cementmortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)Dark shade using ordinary cement. 14 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical /curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpetwashers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (uptoany pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whenever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2 15 Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting ( height upto 10 m)fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete.
