Tender For Toe-Wall And Pitching Work In Km 11 Of Hansari Baidora Road (Odr) In District Jhansi - Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. (As per MORT&H) SI- 9.01-B-(i) 2 Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. (As per MORT&H- SI- 9.03 ) 3 Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.RCC Grade M25using batching plant transit mixer & manual placing.(As per MORT&H- SI- 9.06, E- Case-II) 4 Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (As per MORT&H) SI- 9.07) 5 Providing weepholes in brick masonry plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification (As per MORD) SI- 13.08) 6 Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification.(As per MORT&H-16.05) 7 Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications. (As per MORT&H-16.04A) 8 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (As per MORT&H - SI- 3.16) 9 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller to achieve thedesired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(As per MORT&H - SI- 4.01-B) 10 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (53-22.4 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory rollerin stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. (As per MORT&H - SI- 4.11-A-iii) 11 Providing and laying 80 mm interlocking concrete block pavement laid in stone dust base and fill joint with fine sand. Joint filled after lavelling and dressing base incuding supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.
