Demolition Of Civil Foundations In Plant 78,79 And 80 Inside Cpcl, Manali , Note: 1.The Dismantling Scope Will Be Released In A Phased Manner.The Contractor Service Is Required Till The Completion Of Entire Scope In All Respects .No Idle Charges Will Be Applicable In Case Of Idling Of Machinery During Execution Of Work. 2.The Drawing Attached With The Tender Gives Thetentative Layout Of The Equipments, Ug Piping To Be Dismantled .However Bidder To Visit Site And Collect The Detailed Information Required For Quoting. 3.Unserviceable Material Includes Plain Cement Concrete, Reinforced Cement Concrete, Fire Proofing Materials,Insulations,Floor Finishes And Water Proofing Layers, Bricks, Stones, Rubbish, Vitreous (Ceramic) Sanitary Items Like Washbasin, Urinals, Water Closets And Plumbing Fittings,All Ug Piping Except Ms/Carbon Steel Pipe Etc.Serviceable Materials Are Reinforcement Steel,Structural Steel,Chequered Plate/Gratings ,Doors, Wooden/Steel/Aluminium Windows & Ventilators Shutters & Frames, Ms/Carbon Steel Piping Etc As Decided By The Engineer In Charge. , Plant-78,79,80:- Demolition Of Foundation Of All Equipments In Plant-78,79,80 Including Pedestals And Foundationsof All Equipments Like Vessels,Pumps,Exchangers,Furnace,Foundations Of Technological Structures, Sumps ,Pits (Both Above Ground And Underground Portion),Trenches ,Drains ,Approaches, Pavement, Flooring,Any Insulation Material,All Underground Piping Of All Materials And Types And Other Debris Lying In The Floor Etc.All Complete Including Demolishing Foundation Upto Bottom Of Pile Cap And Pcc Layer Underneath If Resting On Pile Else Complete Foundation Including Raft And Underlying Layersis To Be Demolished In Case Of Open Foundation.This Also Includes Demolition Of Existing Buildings In The Unit Including Substructure And Superstructure All Complete Which Includes Demolishing Entire Foundation Upto Bottom Of Pile Cap And Pcc Layer Underneath If Resting On Pile Else Complete Foundation Including Raft And Underlying Layersis To Be Demolished In Case Of Open Foundation.All Unserviceable Material Should Be Disposed Atvaikkadu Village Outside The Refinery Premises Up To A Lead Of 7Km As Per Specifications And As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge .All Serviceable Materials Shall Be The Property Of Contractor.
