Work To Be Done Under Road Safety At Black Spots On Nagra-Sikanderpur Road (State Highway No- 107) Under Provincial Section In Ballia District - Earth Work in Foundation in ordinary soil (loam,clay,or sand) including lift up to 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into yhe space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directred by the engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches including all T & P phowerah and basket all complete. 2 Construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface ,mixing by mix in place methodwith rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired densitycomplete as per clause 401 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 4 Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means. 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregatesusing Viscocity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades. 7 Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat Type B with HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade. 8 Caution Board Providing and fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel face to fully covered with high intensity prismatic sheeting type-IV as per IRC-67-2010 retro reflectivesheeting with MS angleframe 0f 35X3. 9 Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro reflectorized sign as per IRC 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 800.1 fixed over luminium sheeting 2 mm thick over area not cxceeding 0.9 sqm .Supported on mild steel angle iron post 75x75x6 mm firmly fixed to the around by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45x45x60 mm below ground level as per approved drawing .complete (90x90 cm) 10 Road Marking with Hot applied thermoplastic compound-Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick as per approved layout and design including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area ,thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of 11 Repeted bar marking (5mm thick) work including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. reqd. for proper completion of the wrok of direction of E/I.
