Outside made of Mild steel and painted in Epoxy Powder Coating/Stainless Steel GMP model. Insulation of 75mm by High Grade Glass wool. (Thermostatic/Digital Control options) Heating Elements are on three sides bottom, LHS & RHS. Ribs. With air ventilation on two sides. Perforated adjustable two shelves. Temp range ambient to 250°C with ±1°C accuracy Work on 220/230 volts-50Hz. Capacity 45 liters Shelves 2 5 Nos. 2 Bed Material Sampler Bed Material Sampler shall consist of the following main parts:  The scoop (or digger) and cowl,  Pulleys and stranded flexible wire  Pipe arrangement, and  Upper clamp and handle arrangements. 1. In a single scoop it should be able to scoop about 8 to 10 cm depth of the bed layer within the specified range of depth and velocity, namely, 5 m and 3 m/s respectively 2. The scoop (or digger) and cowl, Pulleys and stranded flexible wire, Pipe arrangement, Upper clamp and handle arrangements. 3. It is simple in design, construction and working. 4. It can be readily repaired at the spot without much difficulty. 5. The deflection in the pipe due to bending while the final assembly of the sampler operates at the specified maximum depth and velocity, that is, 5 m and 3 m/s respectively, shall not be more than 2 cm, and should be such that the operator does not feel any difficulty due to the deflection. 7 Nos
