Bidder to list along with quotation for Two Years Operation and Maintenance Spares, as per Vendor recommendation. Separate list shall be provided by the Bidder for each item/group in the format enclosed herewith with itemized cost. Ordering of these spares may be done by the Purchaser separately on a later date and not along with main equipment.The price of Two Years Operation and Maintenance Spares shall not be considered for commercial (price) evaluation of the bid.

The Inspection and testing charges shall be considered in line with SCC-Goods and its Amendment, if any.

Bidder shall furnish the break-up of built-in CIF value against each quoted item, giving details of description of goods, qty. rate of custom duty etc. in attached CIF FORMAT-A8

In case of discrepancies in the Item Description/Quantity/Tag no. in this SOP, description/quantity/Tag no. etc as per MR item Sl. No. shall prevail.

Bidder to quote the unit rate of accessories in Format - A11 of this SOP for addition / deletion purpose, as specified in Cl. No. B5 & A1.e) of SIV of MR of the bidding document.
