V, Hasanganj, Unnao. Under Business Plan Year 2024-25. - Carriage of following materials from Elec. Store Center Unnao to work dump site along with loading unloading and propoer stocking 2 PCC Pole 8.5 mtr long 3 ACSR Weasel Conductor 4 L.T. Cable 1x400 sq mm 5 Arial bunch conductor 3x50 sq mm 6 Other loose line materials with including conductor, Single and double Pole accessories, complete stay & earthing, insulator, x-arm, etc. 7 Carriage of Following Transformer from Elec. Store Center Unnao to diff. work dump site along with loading unloading and propoer stocking. 8 T/F 100 KVA 11/0.4 KV 9 T/F 250 KVA 11/0.4 KV 10 Dismantling of 100 KVA Transformer from Plinth / Double Pole with Safe Carriage from work site to dump site along with loading unloading and propoer stocking. 11 Erection, Testing and commissioning of 100 KVA/ 11/0.4 KV T/F on double pole by laying of cable, jumpering & commissioning of T/F including earthing of distribution T/F for body & neutral. 12 Placement of 11/0.433 KV Distribution Transformer from dump site to newly constructed T/F plinth and Installation cable termenation and commissioning of 250 KVA Transformer including drassing damaged cable, lugs ,Jumpering & connecting Earthing of body & neutral as per required. ( required mattrial as lugs,flat copper L plate, nuts & bolts etc for above job shall be provided by contractor) 13 Construction of T/F plinth, suitable for mounting of distribution transformer. Size of the plinth will be 1.2 x 1.2 x1.2 meter solid with brick work. 75 mm thick C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 with cement, coarse sand and brick ballast laid on the base and 75 mm thick done on all the exposed sides to the plinth. 14 Fabrication and erection of Distribution Transformer fencing of frame size 3x2.4 Mtr. Including cost of M.S. Angle size 40x40x5 and M.S. Flat size 35x5, fixing of welded steel wire fabric on steel frames by welding of 1OSWG wire fabric, including Painting of two coats of paint in iron based surfaces with ready mixed paint to give bus green shade including cleaning of oil & dust. 15 New Earthing for Distribution transformers one neutral and one for body of transformer 40 ft.deep GI pipe of size 40 mm, making all arrangements for its recharging funnel with openable cover of steel chequered plate with hinges and making connections to transformer neutral/body by GI strip of size 35x5 mm after complete running welding and connecting with pipes by clamps/nut bolts and welding. 16 Erection of PCC double pole including digging of pits, fitting of all accessories along with cartage & dragging from dump site to pit site. 17 Making T-off arrangement including fabrication & fitting of accessories. 18 Grouting of PCC Pole as per RESPO Norms with grouting materials. 19 Earthing of pole as per RESPO Norms. 20 Digging of pits, fixing nuzzling and grouting of stay rods as per RESPO Norms with grouting materials. 21 Laying stringing and sagging of HT Line including all associated work with joint/jumpers and binding of insulator as required. 22 Laying stringing and sagging of aerial bunched cable including all fittings on erected PCC/ST Pole. 23 Fabrication/Modification of MS items/Nuts & Bolts as requirement of site condition. 24 Safe Carriage of old 100 KVA T/F from work dump site to Electricity store center Unnao with loading, unloading and proper stocking.
