The team will consist of 2 skilled and 2 semi-skilled personnel. The job and billing quantity will be based on the number of complete sets of pellet car rollers and wheels replaced or serviced. 2. New carriages and end carriages, along with all necessary resources for assembling the pellet cars, will be transferred from the main stores to the pellet car servicing bay. 3. Assemble the new carriages with end carriages according to the SOP, fastening 16 M42 bolts on each side of the center carriage. 4. Ensure torque tightening of the end carriage bolts. 5. Assemble the spring seal bar with new spring seal bars, covers, and springs. Two spring seal bar assemblies will be installed on the end carriages. 6. Follow the standard procedure for servicing or installing pellet car wheels and pressure rollers. New pressure roller and wheel assemblies will be installed on the end carriages, with a total of 4 PRB bearings and 4 wheels assembled on each car. 7. Install grate bars in the pellet cars along with the locking bars, then shift the pellet car to the pellet car changing bay for i nstallation in the machine. All pellet car spares and components will be provided by AM/NS. Lifting tools and tackles, cranes, and trailers for transportation will be arranged by AM/NS. Necessary hand tools and equipment, such as spanners, sledging hammers, 100-meter pneumatic PVC hoses, oxy-acetylene flame torches with flashback arrestors, and portable welding machines with necessary earthing cables and welding cables and skilled manpower deployment with minimum safety PPE’s(helmet <(>&<)> Safety Shoes) will be the vendors responsibility.
