    Tender For Sewrvices For Hiring Of Ertiga Vechicle For Project Atvzglcn 1 27023204 10 10 30 EXTRA KM FOR HIRED VEHICLE 200 KM 10 HIRING OF VEHICLE 12 MON 20 TOLL TAX / PARKING CHARGES 1 LO Email : EMANI.DILIP@AMNS.IN Contact : Name : Emani Dilip Satya Sai Reddy Item Details : Hiring of Ertiga ProjectDepartment 1.Monthly charges (12 hours per day x 26/30 days) with 3000 km limit with Fuel 2.Extra KM after stipulated limit with fuel – 200 KM Vehicle should be 2024 and above model only, Proof (RC) should be submitted for the same, Vehicle should have AC, reverse horn, fire extinguisher, first aid box, driver should have driven license with 5 years’ experience. Equipment Check list need to be maintained for the vehicle <(>&<)> Fit Certificate, Pollution Certificate need to be submitted to safety team. Any External issue outside the plant premises need to be taken care by contractor. Driver Should have PF<(>&<)> (ESI)<(>&<)> Fitness certificate <(>&<)> Is in Vendor Scope Diesel requirement for operating Vehicle is under vendor scope. Working time – 08:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs, 20:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs. Diesel Price variation is not accepted after W/O order released the rate is firm for a period of ordered validity. Driven should attend the safety training conducted by AM/NS Safety team. Vendor Should Deploy another vehicle if the existing vehicle goes in to brake down more than 4 hours and same should be in corporate in the log Sheet and payment shall be done accordingly. Weekly inspection will be carried by Safety team
