No. Item Description 1 Maintenance & Repairing of actuator & control panel included of Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance on monthly basis including consumables materials such as nut bolt, gasket, grease, oil, cotton waste etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge. 2 Actuator from size Dia. 300mm to 500mm 3 Comprehensive annual Maintenance of butterfly/ Sluice Valves & gearbox including replacement of Drive / Non Drive Shafts, Clamping Ring, Taper Pins, Shaft Seal, Washers, Bushes, Gaskets etc. as & when required. 4 (1) Valve from size Dia.100mm to 250mm 5 (2) Valve from size Dia.300mm to 500mm 6 Providing Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning worm/spur gear box assembly for valves including suitable operation rod with provision for manual operation complete as per detailed specification all consumable materials and nut bolta for 100mm to 450mm. 7 Maintenance & Repairing of AHMS panel of STQC certified AHMS System for operational hours monitoring, Torque condition monitoring, Motor health monitoring also included with local and remote monitoring system for planning of preventive maintanance. 8 Providing fixing of limit switch assembly with 2NC + 2NO contacts. 9 Providing fixing of Torque switch assembly with 2NC + 2NO contacts. 10 Providing & Fixing of clutch fork assembly for actuators. 11 Rewinding of Actuator motor for various sizes of valves including servicing replacement of bearing etc. complete. 12 Providing & fixing of O-ring kit for actuators. 13 Providing & fixing of Oil seal for actuators. 14 Providing & fixing of worm wheel. 15 Rebate of old Dismantled spares.
