    Tender For Repairs To Tvr 17813 Escort-1.01 Periodical servicing of the TVR by way of flushing old lubricants and removing old filters and then P/F of lube oil filter - 01 no, lube oil filter- secondary turbo charger- 01 no, fuel filter- spin type -01 no, air filter – outer and inner - 01 no each, engine oil - 11 Litres, drum oil for topping- 05 litres, hydraulic oil for topping-08 litres, coolant- 05 litres, screen filter(water tank filter) -02 no, drum breather- 02 no, grease- 06 kgs, Diesel – 40 litres, fan belt- 01 no, stop cable-01 no., Diesel pipes- 01 set, feed pump- 01 no, rubber pipe- 01 no, hose pipe – 01 set. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour (skilled and unskilled) and other tools and tackles required for job and inclusive of all taxes 2.01 Repair to TVR by way of providing and fitting of flexible pipe assembly- 01 no., hex nut – 06 nos., hexagon head bolt – 04 nos., tapped block- 03 nos., exhaust rain cap – 01 no., spring lock washer- 10 nos., clamp for silencer – 02 nos., hexagonal head screw- 04 nos.. The job also includes Repair to operator seat by dismantling the old worn out seat and then P/F of cushioning material to seat and backrest with cover along with frame. The job further includes Repair to self by way of replacement of worn out parts which includes carbon bushes, contact point and defective rods, armature etc. and ensuring complete insulation. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes. 100.01 Rebate on account of old parts (absolute)
