Complete with all material, labou, T&P etc. and also including cartage of pole from store to site of works. complete in all respect, as directed by Engineer in charge Analysis of Rates 2 Supply and erection of 8.5 M. long P.C.C. pole, confirming to IS 1678-1960, IS 343-1960 and IS 456-1964 grouted with 1:4:8 cement concrete (1 cment, 4 fine sand : 8 over burnt brick ballast of 40 mm nominal size) including the plinthing of pole. Complete with all material, labou, T&P etc. and also including cartage of pole from store to site of works. complete in all respect, as directed by Engineer in chargeYEIDA SOR-33 3 S/F of 0.3mtr. long top channel for pin made of 100X50X6 mm M.S. channel with M.S. clamp packing box nut bolt etc. complete in all respect, as directed by Engineer in charge YEIDA SOR-32 4 S/F of cross arm made of 100X50X6 mm M.S. channel 1.15 mtr. long with M.S. clamp packing piece Nut bolts etc. complete in all respect, as directed by Engineer in charge YEIDA SOR-31 5 S/F of 11 KV Polymeric pin insulator with pin on poles or anywhere specified including bolts to fasten on pole cap/cross arm with the poles.(Jaishree, BHEL,RR, Hindustan, Yamuna, AD, make) Complete in all respect, as directed by Engineer in charge. YEIDA SOR-78 6 S/F of 11KV Polymeric Disc with Gun fittings on cross arms/clamps fixed on poles including all Nut, bolts & washer etc. (Jaishree, BHEL,RR, Hindustan, Yamuna, AD, make) Complete in all respect, as directed by Engineer in charge. YEIDA SOR-79 7 Supply, Sagging, tensioning, jointing and bending of suitable size ACSR conductor conferming to I.S. specification including cost of aluminium wire and jointing sleeve required. The rates includes cost of material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.PWD-2018 P.S.-627Dog conductor. 8 S/E of stay set at least 3.5 mtr away from the pole complete with galvanized 19mm dia x 1.800 mtr long stay rod. 30cmx30cmx6.3mm anchor plate thimble stay clamps, stay insulator 19mmx600mm double screw tightener. 7/4.00 mm G.I. stay wire etc.in 1:3:6 cement concrete in all respect.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.PWD-2018 P.S. 630.
