Tender For Annual Maintenance Works Of Lawan And Plantsat Paareshan Bhwan, Victoria Park, Meerut - Engagement of Beldar 2 Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : 2.4.3 Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 4.75 mm 3 Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). 4 Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately). 5 Providing Circular Cement Concrete pots of specified size, cast with cement concrete of nominal mix 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size), reinforced with 7 Nos ( 3 nos horizontal & 4 nos vertical “ U “ shape) M.S. wires of 3.5 mm dia as per design, including required form work, finishing with cement punning on exposed surface, curing for specified period and stacking in required rows & height, all complete as per direction of Officer-in-charge. Top inside dia 30 cm, outer bottom dia 20 cm, total height 30 cm & with wall thickness of 25.4 mm 6 Providing and laying Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light waterning with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly, as per direction of officer-in-charge. 7 Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge. 2.40.5-Play grounds / Public parks (1 Mali for 2.00Acre). 8 Anti termite treatment by digging holes 30 cm deep and 4 cm dia, 6 to 7 holes around the tree using chemical emulsion at the rate of 1.5 liter per hole in two time or more application to get the trees free from termite infection chemicals used Chlorpyriphos 20% EC in the ratio of 1% concentration and as per direction of officer-in-charge. 9 Providing and applying anti termite treatment of infected trees i/c all branches/leaves by spraying chemical emulsion 0.5% (Chlorpyriphos 20% EC) concentration through power spray machine (@ 100 ml Chlorpyriphos per tree i/c cost of chemical) and as per direction of officer-in-charge.and as per direction of officer-in-charge. 10 Anti termite treatment of lawn area through premise 30.50% I P. one liter premise diluted in 499 liters water and applying solution @ 1.00 litre solution per sqm lawn or bed area.(two application) i/c cost of chemical)and as per direction of officer-in-charge.and as per direction of officer-in-charge. 11 Providing and displaying of Brassia Variegated having ht. 30 cm to 45 cm, well developed with fresh and healthy foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot /Plastic pot. & as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 12 Providing and Displaying Dahlia double kenya variety in different colour well developed with 3 to 4 flowers in half bloom, good foliage stacked with Green painted Bamboo sticks, 45 to 60 cm height in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 13 Providing and Displaying Marigold jaffri dwarf in different colour well developed with fresh & healthy foliage with 12 to 15 flowers in full bloom specimen plant 23 to 30 cm ht. in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 14 Providing and Displaying Marigold jaffri orange/yellow/Russet colour well developed with fresh
