Providing Services for Up-Keeping Gardens & parks in Shyamali Township and MECON Head office, Ranchi by deploying minimum 40 semi skilled manpower, as per scope of Technical specification and terms & condition of NIT/ITT and direction of MECON Engineer. With the tenure of the Contract 24 months and billing Cycle will be per month.(Amount will be arrived based on actual deployment of manpower)

Safety Kits & other items required (as detailed in Annexure-1 of Technical Specifications ) for their employees (workers) to carry out the job shall be provided by the contractor and accordingly payment shall be paid as per actual after submission of documentary evidence. If any safety accessories not mentioned in Annexure-1 and same is required for carry out the job in accordance of statutory rules, contractor has to provide the same for their employee at his own cost. The cost of safety accessories mentioned in Technical Specification will be reimbursable as per actual and limited to Rs 210,640for 2 years contractand shall not form Part of L1 evaluations.
